The association was formed in 1999 by graduates of the village of schaumburg citizen police academy. Citizens Police Academy Grove City, Ohio from www.grovecityohio.gov Applications are being accepted for the dubuque citizens police academy. The classes will be from 6 to 9 p.m. The purpose of this program is to build a better understanding between citizens and police through education.
